NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

All non-personalized items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. For items that arrive incorrect, damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a pre-paid return label and replace it at no cost. In some cases we may be able to accept good photos of the problem rather than requiring a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

PEERSONALIZED ITEMS:

Because each personalized item is custom made to the customers specifications, we will not be able to accept returns for these items. However, if the item(s) arrives incorrect, damaged or defective, notify us within 30 days of delivery and we will send a pre-paid return label and replace it at no cost. In some cases we may be able to accept good quality photos of the problem rather than requiring a return.

PLEASE NOTE:

Most of our products are made from natural materials. Grain patterns, colors and engraving texture/colors will vary slightly from individual pieces. These natural variations are not considered defects but are part of the handmaking process that makes each piece unique.

CANCELLATIONS:

We will be happy to cancel your order if your request is made within 12 hours of your order being placed. We strive to process orders quickly, so please be sure to contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once your order has bee personalized and /or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
